RETURNS & REFUNDS

We hope you love your purchase but if for any reason you change your mind, we are happy to return and refund unworn items within 7 days of delivery, except for pierced jewellery such as earrings for hygiene and safety reasons.

 

If you would like to make a return, please send an email to info@tsamaras.com and we would be happy to assist you with the process.

For all returns, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. We require that you send your order back to us by recorded delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. All items must be returned to us intact in the original packaging and in the same condition it was received in. Goods that are damaged or not in the original condition will not be accepted for returns and will not be refunded.

A refund will be issued if the item is in its original condition and all the information referred to above is received. The credit card account used for the original purchase will be credited with the original price within 30 days. When the return is processed, we'll send you an email confirming your refund. If there are any problems with your refund, a member of customer services will contact you.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For orders shipped outside the European Union, we’re unable to refund any taxes, duties, charges or delivery costs you may have paid when placing your order. You will be refunded the tax-free price of the products returned.
